Ricky Knight hat dem alten Kleinverbrecherleben abgeschworen und verdient sein Geld nun mit Wrestling. Mit Ehefrau Julia und den Kindern Zak und Paige hat er in der englischen Provinz ein mehr schlecht als recht laufendes kleines Wrestling-Geschäft. Für die ganze Familie ist Wrestling mehr als nur ein Sport. Zak und Paige träumen von der großen Karriere und eines Tages eröffnet sich die Chance: Beide können an einem Vorbereitungscamp für die WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), der größten Organisation des Sports, die schon Stars wie Dwayne „The Rock“ Johnson hervorgebracht hat, teilnehmen.
